We're picking two pilot clients for Q2 2026. Reduced rates in exchange for the right to publish what we built — with real numbers, real names, and real lessons.
Not "we want to use AI." More like "our team spends 30 hours/week processing invoices manually." We need numbers we can move.
Even messy data is fine. Spreadsheets, emails, PDFs, an existing CRM. What we need: enough volume to train and test against. A handful of examples isn't enough.
The pilot trade is: we charge less, you let us write a public case study. Real name, real numbers, real lessons. If your industry requires anonymity, we can adapt — but transparency is the default.
We embed with your team. Map workflows. Identify the highest-leverage automation. Define success metrics.
System architecture. Eval suite. Security model. Rollout plan. Reviewed and signed off by your team before any code is written.
We build the system. Daily updates. Weekly demos. You see progress in real time, not at the end.
Real-world testing with your team. Edge cases. Performance tuning. Documentation. Training your operators.
Production rollout. Source code transferred. Observability set up. Your team trained. Full IP transfer.
30 days post-launch, we sit down together and write the case study. Real numbers, real lessons. You approve before publication.
Two slots only. Reduced rate in exchange for a public case study. Same engineering quality, smaller invoice.
After we've shipped 2-3 pilots, prices return to market range. Same process, same quality — just no discount.
It's a real risk and we treat it seriously. Our process catches most issues by Week 2 (the design phase). If we discover the project isn't viable, we tell you immediately and refund any unspent budget. We'd rather lose a small fee than ship something that doesn't work.
You do. 100%. After handover, you have the source code, the architecture diagrams, the eval suite, and the right to modify, sell, or open-source it. We don't keep a backdoor.
We sign an NDA before discovery starts. We can use private LLM deployments (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock) if your data can't leave EU/your servers. The case study at the end can omit any sensitive specifics.
Yes, but with caveats. We can write 'a regional logistics company in Romania' instead of the real name. However, an anonymous case study has less proof value, so for fully anonymous projects we charge slightly more (closer to standard rate).
We offer optional retainers (€500-1,500/month) for monitoring, model upgrades, and small adjustments. Most pilot clients don't need it — we ship systems that run themselves. But the option is there.
You don't, with certainty. That's why the rate is reduced. The pilot program is built on this exact assumption — you're betting on us before we have proof. If that's not comfortable, wait until Q3 and pay standard rates after our first 2-3 case studies are public.
Send us a one-paragraph email describing the problem you'd want solved. We reply within 4 hours during weekdays. The first 2 paragraphs of our reply will tell you, plainly, whether we think it's a good fit.
